Principal's Message

Welcome to Canyon Oaks High School and Mountain Park School!

It is an honor to return to Canyon Oaks and to serve as principal of both Canyon Oaks High School and Mountain Park. I am excited about what we can accomplish together and am committed to taking our schools to the next level—academically, socially, and in preparing every student for college, career, and life beyond high school.

Our students deserve a school experience that challenges them, believes in them, and opens doors to opportunities they may not have thought possible. We will continue to strengthen rigorous academics, expand career and technical education opportunities, increase access to college pathways, and provide meaningful experiences that help students discover their strengths and their future.

Just as importantly, we will build a culture where every student feels known, respected, included, and valued. Our commitment to strong relationships, student voice, personal responsibility, and a positive school culture will remain at the heart of everything we do.

I believe deeply in the potential of our students and in the incredible work of our staff. Together with our families and community partners, we will set ambitious goals, embrace innovation, celebrate progress, and never settle for “good enough” when our students are capable of greatness.

The future of Canyon Oaks and Mountain Park is bright—and we are just getting started.
